Legendary rock’n’roll stars lit up The Voice UK stage with Stan Urban and Sir Tom Jones’ vibrant performance. The 79-year-old rock’n’roll pianist, Stan Urban, performed alongside the legendary 83-year-old Sir Tom Jones on The Voice UK, and they spontaneously performed Jerry Lee Lewis’s “Great Balls of Fire.”
Their energetic performance had the audience on their feet, clapping and cheering. Stan Urban’s blind audition, hailing from Dundee, Scotland, impressed with his rendition of Chuck Berry’s “Little Queenie.” His dynamic piano playing and robust baritone voice caught the attention of judge Olly Murs, who turned his chair to support him.
The judges and the audience were visibly excited by Urban’s performance, many urging the other judges to turn around.
