“I can feel my heart breaking.” The reality TV superstar died in a tragic car accident.

His dejected girlfriend informs him that a race car driver who had appeared on a popular television show had died in a horrible car accident.

On Saturday night in southwest Texas, Nathan Schaldach, who plays Cali Nate on Discovery’s Street Outlaws, crashed.

In a tragic Facebook post, his girlfriend Courtney Paulshock confirmed his passing and referred to him as her “soulmate.”

According to Paulshock, this happened while Schaldach was running in Eagle Pass, which is about two hours west of San Antonio.

Despite helping him get to the hospital, his friends were unable to save his life.

Paulshock said she was not prepared to provide further details about the cause of Schaldach’s accident or its preceding events.

His girlfriend commented: “Seeing his mom and sister again made him very happy.”

“Outside, he pursued his passions.”

“Knowing the kind of love Nathan gave me and showed me every day was a true blessing.”

Schaldach appeared on the fourth season of the TV show Street Outlaws: Fastest in America, which followed eight drag racing teams as they battled for a $100,000 prize pool.

Their season ended in May last year.

The original Street Outlaws, which featured crazy street racers risking their lives to participate, served as the inspiration for the current show.

Drag racing consists of two cars racing on a short, straight track to the finish line.

Because street racing is so deadly, most jurisdictions have banned it, even though professional sports are generally safe.

In 2022, while filming Street Outlaws, Ryan Fellows, an actor on the show, lost his life in a car accident. Schaldach passed away after that.

The driver’s car flipped and caught fire at a race in Las Vegas. According to a Discovery spokesperson, the loss devastated the network.

The US Sun has contacted Texas police to ask more about Nate’s collision.

“Never love someone again”
Online, Schaldach’s friends and admirers expressed their sorrow and condolences over her unexpected passing.

Chris Frank, a friend of Schaldach, said he barely slept after hearing the terrible news.

“Those of you who competed with him feared him, and those of you who were friends with him loved him,” Frank was heard saying in a Facebook video.

We all know that any journey could be the last and that every race is dangerous.

“One of the last genuine runners with a genuine love and understanding for the sport was Nate.”

In one of his saddest farewell emails, Paulshock promised Schaldach that he would love him forever.

“Garth told me to tell you that I love you so much just in case tomorrow never comes,” he texted his girlfriend. This was the driver’s last race.

Paulshock added: “Please wake me up from this nightmare,” below a screenshot of the text exchange.

He also shared Lady Gaga’s song “I’ll Never Love Again” from the film A Star Is Born later that day.
