A student builds a 14 m² house to get out of debt, but when he sees it from the inside, he is speechless

ROZRYWKA

Study time is one of the best times of our lives because we develop intellectually and emotionally, we grow as people, we make friends and much more.

However, this phase also brings some problems for many students: finding accommodation, because every year it becomes more difficult and more expensive to find an apartment.

Sometimes you have to pay a fortune for a small room, and if you’re lucky there are still places available.

As a student, you obviously have little money and are already spending a lot on tuition, books, photocopies and transportation.

Joel Weber, a student from Texas, was very worried about his housing because the rent was exorbitant.

He then had a brilliant idea: instead of continuing his endless research and ending up paying very high rent, he decided to build his own wooden house.

Joel started with architecture books from the library, dipped into all his savings, and after a year the house was finished.

“I knew it was a risk,” says Joel, who spent $15,000 to build the house.

Joel could now live in his own house and no longer owed anyone rent.

Although the house appears very small from the outside, upon entering you realize that it is actually more spacious than expected.

The cozy wooden house is only 14 square meters, but the space has been well used.

The staircase, for example, also serves as storage space, which gives it a special touch.

Joel received material from many people such as: B. the wood for the bedroom, which is on the second floor, and the result is very beautiful.

The house also has a fully functional bathroom and kitchen, and best of all, everything is on casters so very easy to transport!

Meanwhile, the young man has already received many offers from people wanting to buy his house, but he has no plans to sell it.

A spectacular initiative, don’t you think? DIVIDE!
