The manager watches a customer humiliate the cashier. When he went to check, her reaction was great!

When she was young and attending college, this woman worked at a stationery store for a while to pay her bills.

One day, one of the customers in the store put her in an extremely humiliating situation that she will never forget. But the manager of the store had a wonderful reaction.

“A few years ago I was working at the checkout in a stationery store. I earned my money while studying and I also enjoyed working there and liked my colleagues.

The worst time in business was back to school, especially the weekend before the start of the school year. The stationery store was incredibly busy and all the employees had to get their hands dirty, including the managers.

Suddenly a woman with platinum blonde hair walked in carrying a designer handbag. She picked up a few items and went straight to my checkout.

The woman had a few discount coupons that she threw on the counter and asked me to redeem them. I smiled reluctantly and asked if she was having a good day.

The woman completely ignored me and stared at her cell phone while her 7-year-old daughter stood quietly next to her.

I registered their purchases and then validated the vouchers. However, the system told me that one of the vouchers had already expired for a year!

It was impossible to undo it after so long. I politely explained the problem to the customer. She gasped, “But why?

It’s a voucher and you are obligated to accept any voucher from a customer.” I patiently repeated my explanation and I could see her irritation growing.

“I want to speak to your manager, I don’t have time for this nonsense”. OK.

OK. I signaled to my manager and asked him to come to the register. Amid the chaos, I heard the woman in front of me say quietly to her daughter, “See, my love?

That’s why you have to study and get training so that you don’t end up as a saleswoman like she did!”

What had she just said? My face turned red and tears streamed down my cheeks. Through sobs, I told her that I was studying and that it was a part-time job. At that moment my manager came and asked what was wrong.

The woman repeated the insult and said she was a customer and customers are always right, so the invalid voucher had to be accepted.

He looked at her for a few seconds and then started taking all the purchased items out of the bag.

“What the hell are you doing?” she shouted. The manager said reassuringly: “Madam, I will not allow you to humiliate one of our employees like that.

I have to ask you to leave. Then she looked at us with wide eyes and looked at the line of customers behind her.

The woman screamed, whimpered and made a fuss. Her little girl behaved much better than her mother. It was crazy!

The visibly upset woman grabbed her handbag and stormed out of the store saying: “I’m NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I WILL CALL THE OWNER OF THIS STORE AND YOU WILL ALL BE FILED.

DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?” The manager shrugged and then said I could take a break because I was completely white in the face from shock.”
