Hannah Janickiewicz, a mother of three from Merseyside, England, purchased this beautiful Victorian mansion in 2013.
But its former splendour had faded: on the outside it was cracked and in ruins, and it was not advisable to enter.
However, although the 41-year-old enjoyed renovations, she knew the house would require a lot of effort and money, so she put the project on hold for a while.
In 2019, Hanna decided to take it seriously.
The villa was in such poor condition that it would have been easier to tear it down, but she wanted to restore it.
This involved replacing all the plumbing, re-flooring, replacing windows and even redesigning some walls, and it took over six months to restore the exterior structure.
Hanna had to put in a lot of work, but she constantly transformed the house and considered its design.
